General information

I have the right to decline/accept if the commission is suitable for my styles or not.

Can take 1 month to complete, if I haven't started working on the piece after then I'll refund back. While working on the commission I don't want to be asked questions for the purpose of rushing my artwork.

I reserve the right to update my commission prices and information however, an already accepted commission won't have its price changed.

I will and always decline the commission if the client serves me with a bad attitude.

All communication is documented via Discord DM or Twitter. All personal data (names, email addresses, etc.) of both the artist and client are kept private.

I will not be working with text only as a reference. Please have at least a few reference images on hand. For OC references, please provide flat colors for them if you can.

Usage & Ownership

Artist:

I reserve the right to the image, distribution, and use. I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not you.

I will ask for permission if I want to post the artwork on my social media/websites.

Client:

✓ The client is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use such as uploaded to social media.

✓ The client can use the artwork to promote themselves. Credit is appreciated.

✗ The client cannot claim the artwork as their own creation.

✗ The client cannot use the commissioned piece for commercial or monetary gain - this includes NFTS.

Payment & Refunds

Expect a reply to your request within 1-2 weeks of contact. It will either be accepted or denied.

Commissions will be paid 100%, up front after the draft sketch approval - or after completion if a trusted client.

As soon as I receive payment I'll get started working on the commission.

I reserve the rights to cancel and refund any started commission, with prior notification to the client, due to a lack of communication, rudeness, inappropriate behaviour, or abuse.

Refund requests are to be discussed via social media - not through PayPal dispute.

If the client is not satisfied with the artwork after completion - a refund will not be given and the artwork will not be redone.

I will cancel the whole piece and will not refund if the client wishes to cancel the commission that is already half-way (50%) done.

Should there be any reason the artwork cannot be completed due to personal circumstances - a partial refund will be offered.
